"The Witch Head Nebula"

The Witch Head Nebula is located in the constellation Orion. It is very close to the beautiful bright blue star, Rigel, also seen in this photo. This nebula is known as a "reflection" nebula because it is a collection of dust and non-luminous matter that is relecting the blue light of Rigel.
